Inspection findings remain independent of any repair referral, quote or work. Any requested repair referral is optional, separately scoped and delivered by a disclosed third party. Customers may use any contractor, and the original report does not change.

BuildInspect organises document availability and completeness. An affiliated advocate owns the legal-review scope, searches, conclusions and written review.
